This is the plastic surgery of the upper eyelids, to remove excess skin and fat, paying full attention to the design of the marking to place the scar in the fold of the eyelid and make the eyes more almond-shaped and more curved. Another important point is to assess and position the eyebrows. If they fall off, they can interfere with the amount of skin to be removed.
